What is a Whole Body Boot Camp? Whole Body Boot Camp is six weeks of healthy nutrition and exercise habits, implemented step by step, day by day, as part of a participatory group. This is a group effort that changes the lives of each individual within it.
Why do this? Have you always wanted to make mindful, healthy eating habits? Have you wanted to enjoy that morning jog, to enroll in that yoga class, to take that adventurous trip? Trainer Hallie Aldrich knows the challenge you face, and what it feels like to make the move, day after day, to change. After years of struggling with a cigarette habit, she now is smoke free! She decided to replace a bad habit with healthy ones, and her friend Rachel (who now celebrates her alcohol free life!) insisted that they do it together. Tah Dah! That is how this boot camp was born.
