SERVICE FACTS
When booking Somatic Pilates trainings and for booking massage appointments, please know the following details:
1--Home visits are offered. 🏡 Office visits are no longer available.
2- West Seattle and Vashon sessions are available.👍💆🏻♀️
3--$100/hour, no charge for travel or setup fees. 🧺🚙 Charges are the same for all services. (including group Pilates! You organize sessions and share costs with friends.)
4--Minimum 2 hours, 1+ peoples ok.💆🏻♀️💆💆🏽♂️
5--Kiddos, pets allowed around us. 👶🐕🐰,
6--Mood Spa Remember to accommodate YOUR healing environment needs.💕. IF possible, prior to your appointment, take some time to create a self care space with a walk, music, scent therapy, relax with a book.... It will clear the way for me to provide you the best healing.
7--Cash and out-of-pocket only.🤑 via all the ways—Venmo, Zelle, check, credit card, HSA account and green cash.
8- Insurance? Sorry, but no. Movement Intelligence is currently closed to new insurance patients. 😔 Super bills ARE provided for those who wish to handle insurance reimbursements personally. 🧾💸
9- Book appointments directly, via text or email.💬📧
10-****24 Hour advanced cancellation**** strictly enforced. Charges will apply. 👮♂️
11. Required intake information and procedures for new appointments. We require details about your health, history, and goals on paper and in conversation at your first appointment. This procedure is part of your appointment time, but should take up to only fifteen minutes. (ex. you want an hour massage, so book a 75 minute massage to allow for 15 mins of intake processing). You can download the ONLINE form below, then print it, fill it out and give it to the provider to read prior to appointment. Not into downloading, etc? Absolutely no problem! The paperwork is available at the appointment as well.

Some weekdays-- specifically,, appointments happen on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays every other week.
