What is a Whole Body Boot Camp?

Whole Body Boot Camp is a six month body positive wellness program in four six-week sessions. Aldrich has developed a self-directed healthy nutrition and exercise program, with the option of including other habit setting or breaking goals. This online program allows participants to identify and create "whole body" and self-care practices that endure despite the constant, real-life pressures of home, work and family. WBBC is a methodical accumulation of baby-step accomplishments, broken down into daily programming with other participants sharing the journey with you for support and accountability that implements body positive goals, including:
--FITNESS (cardio of your choice or created in consult)
--NUTRITION (of your choice or created in consult)
--HABIT CESSATION (nicotine, alcohol, sugar, pain)
--HABIT CREATION (meditation, somatics, play)


WBBC is for people who want:

Movement Specialist Aldrich understands the challenges that you face, and how to make the move, day after day, how to make the efforts to change, and how to habituate them. In 2019, she decided to attack the problem by replace a bad
habit (smoking) with healthy ones, and her friend asked her to create a boot camp for the two of them. Tah Dah! That is how this boot camp was born.  Consequently, Aldrich is smoke free after years of failed cessation attempts, and her friend is alcohol free after a twenty year struggle! Both women are still habit free after six years. Not just about fitness training, this boot camp can include self-care habit goals for whole body changes.

Day by Day...a Synopsis

Go for it on day one! Then keep going on the baby-step adventure of body-positive habit building that guides individual participants within a community journey of support. As you gain momentum, moving past weeks of accomplishments, the session's goals and guidelines adapt to fit your advances in fitness and self-care. Until, you graduate with a new and real lifestyle change! That is big reward, but there are rewards build it the entire journey..

I AM IN! What do I do now?
Participants enroll in the six month program by submitting the following:

Phone consult-- chat with Hallie for a free discussion to see if WBBC is the perfect fit for you.
Fee-- $300. Join 1 session, or all 4, the price is the same. Of course, the farther you go, the more you get!
Intake form-- after payment, you will receive an intake/health form, and a program questionairre. Fill and submit via email. Then
You receive the WBBC guide-- one worksheet/record log per 6-week workshop (4 total), a reward calendar, instructions for weekly check in (optional), and boot camp accountability assignments.
